Straightforward processing, delivery estimates, and tracking guidance for Flipside orders.
Orders are generally processed in one to three business days. Standard delivery is estimated at five to ten business days; express delivery at two to five. International delivery is typically seven to fourteen business days, depending on destination and customs.
A tracking email is sent after the order leaves the warehouse. Carriers may need 24-48 hours before the first scan appears.
Review the address before placing your order. Flipside currently does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Carrier and customs delays can occur. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and product and contact Flipside within 48 hours so the team can review it.
