Before you ship
Contact Flipside first. If the return is accepted, the team will provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved request may not be accepted.
Exceptions and exchanges
Sale items and gift cards are excluded. For an exchange, the current process is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refund timing
After inspection and approval, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post it; contact Flipside if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
